Multi-purpose Venue Hire, Rayleigh

Both of our accessible studios by Rayleigh Weir are now available to hire for just £25 per hour. Perfectly equipped for dance, drama, performing arts and exercise classes, our premises are fully accessible, and we have kitchen facilities, toilets, car parking and wi-fi available.

Studio 1 has ballet barres and mirrors, but this doesn’t mean it can only be used for dancing.
We hire this studio out for a fitness class weekly, as well as our own classes and events. Masters Performing Arts College often hire this space for rehearsals, and we’ve hosted meetings too.

Studio 1 – The Hollywood Studio

Studio 2 is an open canvas for you to use creatively as you feel appropriate.
Dance and drama classes are held here regularly, as isa social club for young adults. It’s a perfect space for team building activities, private tuition or rehearsals, workshops, parties, and more.

Studio 2 – The James Beckwith Studio

Tables, chairs and mats are also available, and an array of other resources to help you get the most out of your time here. Food, refreshments and additional staff may also be available on request.
As a local Charity, we’ve always been keen to build strong links in the community, and would be happy to consider discounts for bulk-bookings and other ‘partnerships’ with local groups.
